What is Work Plan:
A work plan is a scheme or set of actions that is designed in order to achieve a particular objective that can be work, personal, group, academic, among others.
People rely on work plans for various reasons, including because it offers the possibility of structuring and organizing a set of activities or steps to be carried out, establishing what the priorities are and determining a schedule in which said plan should be developed in order to to reach a goal.
As the work plan is an instrument, it can then be considered as a strategy that facilitates the development of a specific project because it allows tasks to be carried out in a coherent order from the simplest to the most complex as progress is made.

How to make a work plan
Work plans, in any area, must establish the time in which it must be developed, the objectives or goals to be achieved, describe the steps to be followed and the corresponding order, as well as determine how often it should be monitored. in order to evaluate whether a step should be modified or not.
Among the steps that can be followed are:
- Identify the objective and purpose of the work plan. In the labor area, the plans make it possible to determine what work to be carried out in the coming months according to their order of importance. Academically, it can refer to the hours of study, and personally it allows organizing the structures of the projects that you want to carry out soon.
- The next step is to write an introduction that explains the reasons why this work should be carried out, and the background, text in which the results of previous reports will be presented. These contents should not be extensive.
- Establish the goals and objectives to be achieved. The objectives must be clear and well defined in order to achieve the desired results.
- Determine the strategies to follow depending on the development of the work plan in the stipulated time and without deviating from the proposed objectives.
- Identify what are the limitations or obstacles that are present or can be found and affect the development of the work plan.
- Mention what will be the procedures, guides or policies under which the work plan will be developed. Likewise, if it is a group plan, it must be determined what the responsibilities of those involved are.
- Project measurement. That is, the feasibility of its development, the design of strategies, organization of the contents, technological, economic and human resources that are available, preparation and construction of the work, and the corresponding corrections.
- Construction of the work plan.
- Completion and implementation.
